Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a sole
source contract directly to Cigna Insurance, which currently provides
dental/vision insurance coverage and the associated insurance benefit
administration for OCCs Dental/Vision Employee Benefit program. The
contract award will represent a renewal of the OCCs current
dental/vision policy #2253081,and will not constitute a new policy. The
OCC intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the
authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for
competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. All
