| I assume you have already established whatever taxfree
employee fringe benefits you can for the physician, without
running afoul of rules that prohibit discrimination against
other employees. For example, medical insurance is NOT
subject to such rules, so the doctor can have the best
medical insurance you can buy, dental insurance, vision
insurance, and even a long term care policy, within
allowable deduction limits, even if other employees are not
provided such coverage. |

| Enjoy 100% company paid medical (ODS), dental and vision insurance for full time employees and their families, 100% company paid long term disability, short term disability and life insurance for employees, 3 weeks paid vacation, 9 company holidays, and 5 sick days. Take advantage of the 401K plan with a company match of 50% or up to 3% of annual salary, and stocks that will vest at a rate of 25% annually over a period of 4 years. |
| My employer doesnt match our 403(b) contributions, but they pay both the
employer and employee portions of Oregon PERS (though many employers debit the
employees pay for the employee portion of Oregon PERS). We also have good
medical insurance, vision insurance, ok dental insurance, disability insurance,
term life for the lesser of annual salary or $50K. Even though my employer
doesnt match 403(b) contributions, I think them paying for the employee
portion of Oregon PERS more than makes up for it. |
