to say that a press release alleging that black tea has the same
health benefits as green tea, is suspect. Does black tea have
health benefits? Yes. Does green tea have health benefits?
Yes. Is there a difference? Yes. |

kept in perspective is that so far there are some differences in
health benefits of the two varieties, for example, for the
heart, blood sugar, etc. |
